How the Taiwan passport photo process works
A Taiwan passport photo — locally called the 2-inch photo — is 35×45 mm on a plain white background, with the head measuring 32–36 mm from chin to crown so the face fills 70–80% of the frame. You take the photo to this spec and submit it with your Taiwan passport application to the issuing authority (BOCA). Both edges of the face must be visible, hair must not cover the eyebrows or eyes, and the expression should be neutral with the mouth closed. Snapfora crops and sizes to 35×45 mm locally and flags head height and tilt, so you fix any problem before you submit rather than after a counter rejection. We build to the published BOCA spec but cannot guarantee acceptance — the issuing authority decides.
